A method of brewing:
Water temperature – 95 ºC
Tea leaf quantity – 1/2 teaspoon per cup
Brewing Time- 3-5 minutes
The number of infusions – 3-4 times
Pu Erh tea is one of the intense tea, therefore you don’t have to brew it for long to receive a rich drink. We like to brew it for not longer than 3 minutes.
