Pu Erh Red tea, or pu erh, owes its colour to the short fermentation process after harvesting. This process of obtaining tea means it has a bitter, slightly spicy flavour and invaluable health benefits. Red tea contains valuable minerals: fluorine, calcium, manganese.
A method of brewing:
Water temperature – 95 ºC
Tea leaf quantity – 1/2 teaspoon per cup
Brewing Time- 3-5 minutes
The number of infusions – 3-4 times
Pu Erh tea is one of the intense tea, therefore you don’t have to brew it for long to receive a rich drink. We like to brew it for not longer than 3 minutes.
